MADISON – On Tuesday, the Osmond-Randolph Lady Hawks traveled to Madison for a Jamboree basketball game against the Dragons to kick off the 2023-2024 season. The host Dragons got out to a fast start scoring seven straight points before the Hawks were able to answer, said Bradley Wright, head girls basketball coach. The Hawks finished the first quarter on a 6-2 scoring run to end the first quarter down 6 to 9. The second quarter saw the teams trading baskets back and forth. Osmond-Randolph had seven turnovers in the period as the Dragons were able to hold the lead going into halftime 16-14. 11/29/2023 12:00 AM
