HARTINGTON — Riggs and Rekker, sons of Neil and Kassydi Kramer received a medal, a certificate of completion, their final prize and a free book from the Hartington Public Library for reading 1000 books before Kindergarten. Riggs and Recker will be entering kindergarten at Hartington- Newcastle School this school year.
