Randy Lentz

FORT COLLINS, Colo. — Randy Lentz died Dec. 21, 2018. He was born Aug. 28, 1948, in Yankton, S.D., to Bob (Marvin) and Joan Lentz.

Randy grew up on a farm in Hartington, and graduated from Hartington High School. He moved to Colorado shortly after graduation. Randy worked for several tire companies before buying Harold’s Tire Service.

Randy loved an adventure. They say you want to slide into heaven saying it was a good ride. Randy had one of the best. Getting lost in the mountains, hang gliding and hanging out with friends. Randy loved his dogs Axel and Rose.

Randy is survived by his sister, Debra Lentz, Denver, Colo.; brothers, Tom (Dawn) , Manitowish Waters, Wis., and Scott (Bonnie) Lentz, Hartington; and several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Randy is also survived by his friends of whom he thought dearly.

Randy is preceded in death by baby brother, Keith; sister, Claudette; his parents and grandparents.
