Noecker is named as new Hartelco CEO

HARTINGTON — There has been a recent change in management at Hartelco.
Mike Becker resigned from his position as General Manager/ CEO effective Aug. 15.
According to a notice on the Hartelco web site, Tom Noecker has been named as Hartelco’s CEO. Noecker served Hartelco as Operations Manager and consultant for over 30 years before leaving to pursue other interests in Yankton, S.D.
The position of CFO/General Manager has been filled by Dave Nilles, who has been serving Hartelco for 16 years as a telecommunications consultant. Niles has been a part of the telephone industry for 41 years.
