Services will be held at a later date. Timothy was born Aug. 20, 1951, in Wayne, to Ralph and Mae Alexander Keifer. He grew up in Laurel, graduating from Laurel Concord Public School. After graduation, he enlisted in the Navy and made it his career.

He is survived by his sisters, Mary (Bob) McLain, Belden, and Kathy Kiefer, Tucson, Ariz.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Don, Jack, George and Richard; and sisters, Lenora, Janet, Bernardine, Elaine and Imogene.
