A Memorial Service was March 17 at the Wintz Funeral Home, Hartington, with the Rev. Raymond Solberg ociat ing. The family received friends and relatives one hour prior to the memorial service. Arrangements were under the direction of the Wintz Funeral Home. Helen Mabel was born Jan. 26, 1942, in Page, to Melvin Lee and Dorothea Mae (King) Hall Sr. Helen married Lawrence Joseph Dickes Oct. 24, 1992, in Coleridge. Helen worked as a machinist at Freeman Company, an in-home caretaker, and as a CNA at the Hartington Care Center.

Helen is survived by her husband, Lawrence, Hartington; a daughter, Rita (Kruger) Lester, and husband, William; grandchildren, Matt Schmidt, Ashley Berry, Isaiah Kruger; and three brothers, Melvin Hall Jr., Loren Hall and Kenny Hall.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sons, Delbert Kruger Jr. and Kevin Kruger; and sisters, Ruth Wright, Caroline Lundstrom and Marjorie Hall.
