Donna Sauser RANDOLPH – Celebration of life service and internment for Donna J. Sauser, 69, Norfolk, formerly of Phoenix, Ariz., and Randolph, will be held at a later date.

Donna died Sept. 21, 2025, at the Heritage of Bel-Air Nursing Home, Norfolk.

Stonacek Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.

Donna was born May 9, 1956, in Osmond, to Leonard and Thelma (Leiting) Sauser. She attended grade school at St. Frances De Chantal Catholic School and graduated from Randolph High School in 1974. Donna then attended and graduated from Arizona State University earning her bachelor’s degree in accounting. After college, Donna worked at Honeywell Corp. for many years until she was diagnosed with Early Onset Parkinson’s Disease around 1996.

Donna loved spending time in nature, especially hiking and camping with her beloved dogs. At home she was a gifted quilt designer whose beautiful work brought comfort and joy to many. She will be remembered for her creativity, adventurous spirit, and deep love for family, friends, and faith.

Donna is survived by her siblings, Vince (Sharon) Sauser, Neligh; Marvin (Sandy) Sauser, Indianola, Iowa; Ileen (partner, Jane Barth) Beckman, Omaha; Lynn (Randy) Scott, Dundee, Ore.; Mike (Julie) Sauser, Plainview; sister-in-law, Kathy Sauser, Neligh; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents Leonard and Thelma Sauser; siblings, Connie Sauser, Ed Sauser, Dennis Sauser, Kathy DeTomaso; and sister-in-law, Roseann Sauser.

Memorials can be donated to K2Adventures.org. This foundation donated much medical assistance to Donna for her Parkinson’s Disease.
