Lady Hawks lose exhibition in close one
MADISON – On Tuesday, the Osmond-Randolph Lady Hawks traveled to Madison for a Jamboree basketball game against the Dragons to kick off the 2023-2024 season. The host Dragons got out to a fast start scoring seven straight points before the Hawks were able to answer, said Bradley Wright, head girls basketball coach. The Hawks finished the first quarter on a 6-2 scoring run to end the first quarter down 6 to 9. The second quarter saw the teams trading baskets back and forth. Osmond-Randolph had seven turnovers in the period as the Dragons were able to hold the lead going into halftime 16-14.

MADISON – The Osmond-Randolph Hawks began their season in Madison Nov. 21 in the annual Jamboree game to raise money for the Nebraska High School Sports Hall of Fame. It is an exhibition game, and does not count towards the official win-loss season record.
