Wynot girls suffer a pair of losses at Wisner

WISNER — The Wynot Lady Blue Devils walked away from Saturday’s Wisner Tournament with a pair of losses, but a lot more experience under their belts.
The Lady Devils now boast a 17-3 record on the year. Two of those losses are to Class C1 schools, while 11 of their wins are against larger schools.
The Lady Devils gave D1 powerhouse Neligh-Oakdale everything they could handle before falling, 25-22, 31-29, in a marathon match. They later lost in two sets to C1’s Douglas County West.
Whitney Hochstein was a force at the net against N-O with five kills and three blocks.
