Wynot Expos claim District title, earn state berth

WYNOT — Wynot completed the District 6B Amateur Baseball Tournament here Sunday without a blemish.
The third-seeded Expos won an 11-10 slugfest Sunday evening over fifth-seeded Menno in the District 6B title game to earn a return trip to the State Amateur Baseball Tournament this week.
The game was originally set for Saturday evening, but wet weather conditions forced organizers to move it to Sunday.
