PAPILLION — Wilma Jean Phelps, 83, Papillion, died May 6, 2019, at a local hospital.
Graveside services will be held 11 a.m., May 18, at Obert Cemetary, Obert, with a luncheon to follow at Faith Lutheran Church, Maskell.
Wilma was born July 20, 1935, in Hubbard. Wilma enjoyed spending time with her relatives, playing games and traveling.
Survivors include her sister, Carolyn (Dave) Fiegenschuh; her brother, Dean (Anita) Van Cleave; her sister-in-law, Sharon Van Cleave; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul E. Phelps; parents, Wilbur and Geneva Van Cleave; her brother, Emmett (Joy) Van Cleave; her brother, Charles Van Cleave; and her sister, Shirley Obermeyer.
