Two new cases of COVID-19 reported in NNPHD Health District

WAYNE — Northeast Nebraska Public Health Department is reporting two new confirmed positive cases of COVID-19 in the health district Monday.
As of Monday evening there have been 671 COVID-19 tests reported for people living in the NNPHD Health District of Cedar, Dixon, Thurston and Wayne counties.
The results of these tests include 69 positive cases (Cedar - 6, Dixon - 27, Thurston - 31, and Wayne County - 5), 585 negatives, and 17 tests currently pending results.
The new patients live in Thurston County, one male and one female, ages 50s and 70s.
