Peekin’ into the Past

Five members of the Randolph High School Future Famers of America Chapter have qualified for participation in the state vocational agriculture contests following the district contest held on March 6. At the district contest, which was held in Norfolk, a three member team in the Agriculture Mechanics division and a two man team in the Welding Division placed first and will represent Randolph High School at the state meet. Individually in the agriculture mechanics division Dennis Backer placed first, Marvin Nordhues placed second and Roger Korth placed eighth to secure the first place team finish while in the Welding Division Eric Frederick placed first and Brian Korth placed fifth individually and as a team won a purple ribbon and a trophy for their work.
