Northeast Community College-Hartington to host Real Estate classes

HARTINGTON — Northeast Community College, Hartington, will offer a series of courses designed for real estate professionals in late October. All classes will be held virtually.

Real Estate: REEmarkable Document Representation will be held Oct. 27, from 9 a.m-12 p.m.

This session will coach proven strategies on how to profit from documents. While most agents learn how to just fill in the blanks, the REEmarkable Agent will learn the specific language and techniques that will make explaining and presenting all the real estate documents a profit center for the agent and the broker.

Real Estate: Real Estate Safety Matters will be held Oct. 27, from 1-4 p.m.

This class is the safety program of the National Association of REALTORS®. It will focus on key safety issues, preventative strategies, awareness protocols, and how to keep agents, their clients, and their client’s property safe in their day-to-day real estate activities! This class is a must for all real estate licensees who take their personal safety seriously in today’s world of real estate.

Real Estate: Coaching on Multiple Offers will be held Oct. 28, from 9 a.m.-12 p.m.

This class identifies the essential strategies and tactics of handling multiple offers in the world of residential real estate. From preparing the home buyer, to negotiations, to risk reduction, this session asks specific questions and provides specific answers so agents can better represent their buyer and/or seller when they are faced with multiple offer situations.

Real Estate: Eight Coaching Tips for Homebuyer Strategy will be held Oct. 28, from 1-4 p.m.

This class is perfect for agents who want to offer a step-by-step home buying strategy in today’s market. From understanding the complex process to handling emotions to finding the right home, this class is framed in strategies and representa Participants must have both audio and video capabilities on their computers or mobile devices. Attendance is taken and only participants registered with Northeast Com-Mark Wehner.
