New school calendar will see very few changes

HARTINGTON — The school calendar for the next school year will have very few changes from this year’s schedule.

Hartington-Newcastle School Board members approved the new schedule at their Monday meeting.

HNS Supt. A.J. Johnson said the calendar is the result of a joint effort between HNS and Cedar Catholic administrators. Johnson and Cedar Catholic Principal Terry Kathol worked through their proposed schedules together to make sure they aligned as much as possible.
