New One and Six Year Street Plan is identical to last year ’s plan

HARTINGTON — The Hartington City Council Monday approved a new One-and-Six Year Street Plan that is identical to the plan approved last year.
The 2017 One-and-Six Year plan included streets for a planned new industrial park and a new housing subdivision.
