NORFOLK — Cedar Catholic came out on the short end of the stick in a battle here Tuesday between two state-rated volleyball teams.
Cedar fell a little short in its opening set, losing 25-23.
The hometown Eagles then kept that momentum to race to a big 25-12 second set win and put Cedar on the ropes.
The Lady Trojans bounced back in the third set, but still ended up falling 25-23 to lose in three straight.
Despite the loss, Cedar had some fine individual performances on the night.
