Kuehn is off to good start at Oakland meet

OAKLAND — Cedar Catholic’s Riley Kuehn was tied Monday for seventh place with a 79 after the first day of action at the two-day Class C Invitational.

The Oakland event features some of the best Class C high school golfers from across the state.

Kuehn’s Cedar Catholic teammate, Ted Bengston, is also competing at Oakland.

He ended the first day of competition with an 82.
