Kiss the Pig!

Hartington-Newcastle Principal, Corey Uldrich, won(?) the privilege to kiss a pig during halftime of last week’s basketball game against Winside. Physical education instructor Kyle Pardun also got the privilege. The event was the conclusion to a Booster Club fundraiser for its events and scholarships. Six coin jars with a teacher or principals’ name on them were set up at school. Whichever teacher or principal’s jar had the most money in it by Jan. 28 had to kiss a pig at halftime of the Parent’s Night game.
