Joy “Joyce” Marie (Blazek) Pietramale

OMAHA — Joy “Joyce” Marie (Blazek) Pietramale, 78, Omaha, died Jan. 4, 2018, peacefully surrounded in love.
Visitation was Jan. 8 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Omaha, with Rosary and Vigil Service.
Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Jan. 9 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Interment was at Hillcrest Memorial Park, Omaha.
Joyce was born Jan. 22, 1939. Her strength carried her family.
She is survived by her children, Fr. John L. Pietramale, Deb Wright, Doug and Lori Pietramale, Chris Pietramale, Rebecca and Ed Hazel; ten grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many relatives and dear friends.
Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Jack S. Pietramale; her parents, John and Viola Blazek; and her brothers, John, Don and Duane Blazek.
Joyce wished not to have a fuss made on flowers; in lieu of them, memorials are suggested to Holy Trinity School or Cedar Catholic High School.
Arrangements were under the direction of Heafey Hoffmann Dworak Cutler, Omaha.
