Home canning workshop being offered Nov. 4

CONCORD — The University of Nebraska-Lincoln Haskell Ag Lab will be offering a Home Canning Workshop on Saturday, Nov. 4.
The workshop will feature using a steam canner to make grape jelly in Session A from 10:-11:30 a.m. Session B will feature using an electric pressure canner to can carrots from 1-3:30 p.m.
Interested people are asked to please register by calling 402-584-2261 by Tuesday, Oct. 31.
The Haskell Ag Lab is located at 57905 866th Road, Concord.
