Hochstein shares plans for former Abler Transfer building

HARTINGTON — Big plans are in the works for land where a long vacant building has sat for many years.

Gayle Hochstein told the Hartington City Council last week he has already hauled in several truck loads of dirt to surround the building. He plans to haul in 46 more loads of dirt and will then demolish the old building.
