HNS Board approves small increase in tax asking

HARTINGTON — The newly adopted Hartington-Newcastle School District budget features some extra funds for a proposed building project.
This year’s $10.6 million budget puts an additional $328,282 into a special building fund. That fund now has $1.4 million it.
