Hartington earns split in Wooden bat classic

HARTINGTON — The Hartington American Legion baseball team earned a 2-2 split during action here at the Lewis and Clark Wooden Bat Classic.
The Hartington team used some heroics Saturday to squeak out a 6-5 win over visiting Hartford-Humbolt.
Hartington also earned an 11-10 win over Huron Saturday.
