Gritting it out

Cedar Catholic battled its way to a sweep over Chambers Wheeler Central in the opening round of last week’s State Volleyball Tournament. Although the Lady Trojans were able to earn the three-set win, the first set was a barn burner as Cedar had to battle for the 26-24 decision. The team left it all on the floor, as evidenced by junior Libero Megan Heimes, who sprawled for this diving dig during the contest.
