HARTINGTON — The Hartington City Council agreed Monday to raise city utility rates.

City water, sewer and garbage rates will all see an increase after the council approved a resolution Monday.

The current minimum water rate for residential water users inside the city of Hartington is $11.74 a month. The new monthly minimum rate will be $18.20.
