Fordyce blood drive is great success

FORDYCE — The May 30 LifeServe Blood Center blood drive sponsored by the Fordyce Community had a fantastic turn-out, with 16 donors registered and 19 lifesaving units of blood were donated. The units donated at the blood drive can help save up to 57 lives.
The assistance of Duane Schieffer, for sponsoring and hosting the blood drive, is much appreciated.
Therewereseveralmilestone donors, including, Patricia Schieffer, five gallons; Jarinda Sudbeck, seven gallons; Dale Lange, 10 gallons; and Duane Schieffer, 14 gallons.
