Football contest starts in next edition

RANDOLPH – Do you have what it takes to pick winners?

Play and win with the Randolph Times weekly football contest, kicking off next week.

How to play: Each advertiser lists a gridiron match-up each week. Pick which team will win the game and write it opposite the advertiser’s name in the entry blank provided.

The individual picking all games correctly will win $50. If no one picks all of the games correctly, the individual picking the largest number of winners will receive a $10 prize.

Be sure to participate in the tie-breaker so that just one winner can be declared each week. For the tie-breaker, guess the most points scored by any team on that week’s schedule. (The team name does not need to be included in the guess.) A win by tie results in a $10 prize.

How to enter: Entries must be received by 5 p.m. Friday following the contest publishing date. Entries can be delivered to the Randolph Times office (east of Jim’s Food Center) in person or by drop box, emailed to rtimes@northeastnebraskanews.net or mailed to P.O. Box 97, Randolph, NE 68771. The Times office is open on Thursdays until 1 p.m.

More rules: Only one entry per person may be made each week. The winning individual will be identified the following week. Thanks for playing and winning this football season with the Randolph Times.
