Cowboys from across the country compete at Cedar County Rodeo

HARTINGTON — Chance Oftedahl was named the All-around cowboy at the conclusion of Thursday night’s Cedar County PRCA Rodeo.

The Pemberton, Minn., cowboy won the title on the strength of his performances in the tiedown roping and team roping competition.

The rodeo brought in riders from Nebraska, South Dakota, Minnesota, Kansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, North Dakota, Tennessee, Missouri, Montana, and Canada.
