City Council approves loan, discusses permits

HARTINGTON — The Hartington City Council Monday approved a revolving loan fund application for a business loan and discussed possible building and sign permits.
The Council agreed to use the fund to grant a $10,000, 10-year zero percent loan to Emily Leise with Emily Rose Photography.
