Cedar girls get in front of Creighton early
HARTINGTON — The Cedar Catholic Lady Trojans jumped out front early and never looked back on their way to a 65-53 win over Creighton last week.
The Lady Trojans built a quick 17-10 first-quarter lead then extended that lead to 37-20 at the halftime break. Creighton tried to rally in the second half, outscoring the home team 33-28, but it was too little, too late.
