Cedar Catholic to celebrate Homecoming 2020

HARITNGTON — Cedar Catholic High School students are celebrating Homecoming 2020 this week with the theme of Board Games. Seniors are Candyland; the Juniors will be enjoying Dungeons and Dragons; Sophomores will be playing Monopoly; Freshmen are the Hungry Hungry Hippos; eighth grade is Sorry; and seventh grade will be practicing their strategy with Battleship.

Dress Up days for the week will include, Tuesday, USA Day; Wednesday, Beach Day; Thursday, Sports Day; Friday will, of course, be Red and White jeans day.

The schedule for Sept. 11 is:

8 a.m.: Mass

9-11:30 a.m.: Homecoming Class Competition Games

2:15 p.m.: Pep Rally to be held at the Hartington Complex

3 p.m.: Coronation, at the complex as well.

This year’s King and Queen candidates are: Queen candidates, Gracie Dickes, Mackenzie Sudbeck, Brynn Wortmann; and King Candidates, Dagen Joachimsen, Macalister Kuehn and Myles Thoene.

The Master and Mistress of Ceremonies for the occassion are Haley Klug and Jacob Rohan.

Future Royalty are Quinn Neuhalfen and Cashten Schrempp.
