NORFOLK — Vocational Agribusiness instructor, Paul Gustman, of Randolph High attended the Agriculture Agribusiness Education Conference held at Northeast Technical Community College recently. He received the 30 minute club award for articles written and published in the News Letter, ten year pin and certificate for teaching agriculture ten years, and presently serving the second year as District NVAA Chairman.

ALLEN — Mr. and Mrs. Glen Stingley attended an open house honoring Mrs. Emma Noe of Allen for her 100th birthday on Sunday at the Allen school auditorium. Mrs. Noe is the mother of ten children, all of whom were present for the occasion.

NORFOLK — Julie Pentico, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Val Pentico, was chosen as District Dairy Queen during the District Dairy Show in Norfolk on Monday. Julie was chosen on the basis of her involvement in the 4-H activities, and school, church and community honors and activities.

LINCOLN — Ruth Loberg, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Loberg of Carroll, has been named to the Dean’s List for the second semester of the 1984-85 academic year in the College of Home Economics at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
