Despite 1.10 inches of rain Wednesday night and a whopping 2.5 inches of rain on Thursday, the Dixon County Fair still took place. Rend Collective, a Northern Irish Christian Folk rock band performed in front of a large crowd Saturday night. Area youngesters enjoyed taking in the four-day event. Jeremy Buss | Laurel Advocate
