Watching warm ups

A group of young fans gathers near the fence at Felber Park to catch a close-up view of pregame warmups during the Area C1 District American Legion baseball tournament in Hartington. With sunny skies and ideal summer temperatures, the multi-day event drew large crowds and delivered plenty of exciting action on the field. Hartington Post 4 served as host for the tournament, welcoming teams from across northeast Nebraska. The tournament atmosphere blended competitive baseball with a strong sense of community, making Felber Park a lively destination from the weekend into the early part of the week.
