RANDOLPH — Randolph will host the 5th Annual All Star Game of the Tri-County Amateur Baseball League on Sunday evening, July 11. The East Stars will be managed by Dwayne (Squawk) Van Auker. Randolph players on the all star squad are John Leaply, Jerome Dickes, Loyal Lackas, Bob Berner, Rich Sullivan and Jerry Ehlers.

RANDOLPH — Larry C. Eddie, son of Mr. and Mrs. Don Eddie reported for military service on June 15. He is stationed at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo.

RANDOLPH — David c. Rossbach will be ordained into the ministry of The American Lutheran Church at Randolph on Sunday, July 11. David, son of Pastor and Mrs. Walter J. Rossbach, will be ordained by his father. The newly ordained young man will begin pastorate at Trinity Lutheran Church in Gordon on July 18.

RANDOLPH — Mrs. Paul Delozier, district officer of the WSCS attended Officer Training meetings at Ainsworth June 29 and Page and Laurel June 30. Mrs. Delozier and district officers conducted the training at Laurel and Mrs. Delozier assisted at Page and Ainsworth.

RANDOLPH — The Randolph Junior Legion team defeated Neligh 11 to 1 and lost to Wausa 17 to 9. Against Neligh, Gail Van Slyke pitched for the local team and Doug Tunick, Dan Meyer and Lester Loberg each had a pair of hits en route to victory.

RANDOLPH — LeRoy Janssen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Warren Janssen, a security officer at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, has completed an official certification course. The two week course was held at Offutt Air Force Base in Omaha.
July 9, 1975 RANDOLPH — Albin Carlson of the Magnet Community, has earned the Good Neighbor Award, an award issued by the Knights of Ak-Sar-Ben.
Vernon Viergutz, an ambassador for the Knights of Ak-Sar-Ben, presented the award to Mr. Carlson.

RANDOLPH — A total of 103 pullers lined up on Sunday afternoon and participated in the fifth antique tractor pull in conjunction with the Randolph Community Club Fair.
Seventy pullers participated in the event one year ago.

RANDOLPH — Fred Morrison has been named manager of the KNEnergy office in Randolph.
Mr. Morrison comes to Randolph from Bassett where he has been service manager for the past 16 years.
He has been employed by KN Energy since 1963 and held various positions in distribution systems in Sargent, Broken Bow and Ainsworth before moving to Bassett in 1969.
