Two area blood drives are planned for late July

HARTINGTON — A LifeServe Blood Drive is planned for two northern Cedar County events in July.

On July 28, the LifeServe Blood Drive will be in Fordyce at the Fordyce Fire Hall at 211W 2nd Street from 3:30 to 6 p.m.

On July 31 a blood drive will be held at the Hartington VFW. Anyone that donates with LifeServe, can be assured their blood stays local—going directly to patients in this area.

Whether it’s a friend battling cancer, a neighbor recovering from surgery, or a child bom prematurely, a single donation can save up to three local lives.
