Cedar Catholic students are honored for their accomplishments

BENJAMIN KLEINSCHMIT: He will attend South Dakota State University to major in Agricultural Science. He was awarded the NECC Norman Ochsner Scholarship. He received the Patefield Greene Memorial Scholarship, the Northeast Ag Consulting Scholarship, the Joan Burney, Scholarship, and the Steve Heine Memorial Scholarship. Awards include: Varsity One Act Letter; Varsity Speech Letter; Varsity Football Letter; Varsity Bowling Letter; Varsity Swing Choir Letter; Varsity Instrumental Music Letter; Excellent Rating Mixed, Chorus/Solo/ Jazz Band DMC and NECC Jazz Festival; Superior Rating Band, Vocal Small Vocal Ensemble and Piano Solo DMC: Wesleyan Honor Choir; Excellent Rating Wayne State Band and NECC Jazz Festival; Bass Section Class Award; Lector; Agri Business Class Award; ACT Jump Club; Strength Training Class Award; EMHC; Campus Ministry Member; Golf Participation; 4 Year Varsity Letter One Act, Bowling and Speech; Outstanding Performance at Conference and District One Act; Joan Burney Cedar County News Communicator of the Year Award; Student Council; Academic All State Play Production, Bowling and Speech; First Friday Server; President’s Education Award for Outstanding Achievement; State FFA Degree Recipient; National Honor Society; One Act and Speech MVP
