After reading last week’s issue, I felt I had to drop you a note.

I really enjoy reading all of Roger Tryon’s columns, especially the World War II ones. He does his research.

I also enjoy the archives from 1945, and I am looking forward to your annual Memorial Day edition.

The people in rural and small town America are exceptional in honoring our military, past and present.
