On the road to take on the Lady Blujays, LCC dominated Walthill from start to finish and came away with the decisive 38-point victory to break the seven-game slide and win their first game in 2025.

Rena Rasmussen dominated the game inside and outside for the Lady Bears scorching the nets for 33 points on the evening and yanking down eight rebounds.

Lainey Schutte led Laurel-Concord-Coleridge on the boards with 15.

Camryn Sohler added 12 points and four steals and Kaida Eriksen tossed in 11 points.

After trailing 29-17 at the halftime break against Wayne, a big third quarter by the Lady Blue Devils pretty much put the game out of reach with an 19-9 advantage in the third frame.

The Lady Bears gained a bucket back in the fourth but the damage was done.
