Northeast ties record with 114 named to Academic All Region

NORFOLK—Several local student athletes helped Northeast Community College tie an athletic program school record.

Northeast Community College had 114 fall season student-athletes earn honors during the fall semester for their efforts in the classroom.

There were 114 student-athletes who were named to Iowa Community College Athletic Conference (ICCAC) Fall Academic All-Region Teams.

To qualify, First Team performers had to receive a 3.5 grade point average or above while Second Team members earned between a 3.0 and a 3.49 GPA.
