Outstanding

Outstanding
LCC’s Kolten Settje really embraced his role during last week’s District C1-3 One-Act competition, and the District judges had no trouble seeing that as they named him as one of only two Outstanding District Performers. This year’s play was written and directed by LCC’s Sarah Beckwith. LCC earned District runner- up honors, finishing just behind Lyons Decatur in the nine-team meet. Lyons Decatur now advances to this week’s State One Act competition at the Johnny Carson Theatre in Norfolk. Sandra Cross | Laurel Advocate
