Mapping out the future

Randolph sixth graders Andee English (top), Eliel Marquez, Corby Robinson and Braelyn Brockman work on enhancing their mapping skills as part of a Cedar County Extension program. The program, part of the 4-H National Science Experiment, allowed 70 youth to become ‘community designers’ and create a GIS map of their own unique vision of a park. LaurelConcord-Coleridge school also participated in the program. Courtesy Photo
