Cedar Catholic and Wynot played in back-to-back District championship games at Albion Saturday afternoon. Both contests were full of ups and downs, but both games resulted in the local teams performing victory dances. The Lady Trojans defeated Kenesaw in a five-set thriller, while the Lady Blue Devils downed Sumner-Eddyville-Miller. Both local teams will now compete in this week's State Tournament in Lincoln. Wynot's first serve will be at 9 a.m. in the Pinnacle Bank Arena, while Cedar tips off at 3 p.m. at PBA. Jeremy Buss | Cedar County News
