1984: Council considers a computer at city office

75 Years Ago - Sept. 29, 1949 RANDOLPH – Herman Bauer, lifelong resident of the community south of here and a prominent farmer, died on Thursday evening while en route to a hospital after suffering injures when the tractor he was riding tipped over into a ditch, toppling upon him. The accident occurred near the George Schmidt farm south of here.
