Signs of Spring

There are signs of spring everywhere you look these days. This photo (top left) was taken Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of Fourth and Wakefield Streets in Laurel. Storms on Monday and Tuesday dropped more than three inches of rain here, filling the ditches.
