Off to a good start

Cedar Catholic’s Aaron Wortmann (above) clears the high jump bar during action in last week’s meet at the Hartington Community Complex. Lauren Bernecker (right) dominated the action in the speed events, earning the gold medal in the 100-meter, 200-meter and 400-meter dashes. She also helped the 1,600-meter relay team earn gold.
