Food Truck Rally

Cardinal Cranium students, including Dawsyn Papenhausen (top), participated in a quarter-long project about running a business where they designed a food truck. Students surveyed other classes to gauge their interest in items. They also had a visit from Tinker's food truck (below), where they learned the ins and outs of running a business. The culminating project was a Food Truck Rally (left) where students presented their final truck design, menu and logo. Samples were included.
