4-H Council announces Scholarship winners

HARTINGTON — Cedar County 4-H Council President Laura Stewart announced the 4-H Scholarship winners for 2020.

Seniors chosen were Bobbi Winkelbauer, daughter of Chad and Brandy Winkelbauer, Randolph, and a member of the Four Clovers of Randolph 4-H Club; and Kaitlyn Heimes, daughter of Tyler and Shannon Heimes, Wynot, an Independent 4-H member.

Both will receive a check for $250 from the 4-H Council.
