Helping out

Joel (Joey) Johnson got some help to bring in the harvest from friends, family and a national farm group last week. Johnson was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor on his spine approximately four months ago. He underwent surgery and spent two months in an Omaha hospital. After spending some time at home, he and his wife, Angela, are now in Boston where Joey will receive radiation treatments for the next two months. Farm Rescue volunteer Dave Parker, Jayden Pick, Jerry Johnson and Farm Rescue volunteer Lance Wach (left) stand beside the Farm Rescue semi brought in to help with the Johnson harvest.
